Essence Investment AG is a Swiss company established in 2020. Its portfolio consists of the following: (i) Marry Jane AG– A Swiss cannabis company that produces 15 tonnes of cannabis flowers in 2024, focusing on supplying the European medical THC market. (ii) Swiss Extract AG– Operates a 40,000 m² greenhouse and is the largest participant in the Swiss recreational cannabis pilot program. (iii) Growery BV – One of the ten licensed holders in the Netherlands' recreational cannabis pilot, with a production capacity of up to 10 tonnes. (iv) AMP GmbH – One of the first importers and distributors of medical THC in Germany.
