  2. Warm-up exercise   
  3. Training exercise  
  4. Kodo taiko fundamentals  
  5. Cool down/discussion
Objectives
Conduct exercises and drills that Kodo does to condition the body to prevent injuries. Share and discuss what "performer mindset" is about. (Daily routines, nutrition, etc.)
Target Audience
Attendees should be at least somewhat familiar with this workshop content.
