This workshop will be a condensed version of what is taught in the Kodo Taiko School, including:
Kodo taiko fundamentals
Conduct exercises and drills that Kodo does to condition the body to prevent injuries. Share and discuss what "performer mindset" is about. (Daily routines, nutrition, etc.)
Attendees should be at least somewhat familiar with this workshop content.
