ON VIEW: ICONS

ON VIEW: ICONS is a 3 screen video installation that pays homage to six iconic trailblazing women in the realm of Australian dance. This immersive experience transforms the gallery space into a living archive, inviting you to explore the rich tapestry of movement, history, and creativity woven by these remarkable artists - Lucette Aldous AC, Shirley McKechnie AO, Nanette Hassall AM, Elizabeth Cameron Dalman AM, Elma Kris, and Eileen Kramer. ON VIEW: ICONS is designed for black box theatres, foyers and galleries. This work has already had successful touring seasons in Australian venues. Audience and critical response has been excellent in every season, with many comments hoping for more exposure. Worthy of further touring because of the intense interest the work creates, across diverse ages and interests. The work is unique in form and concept.
