Blind Date Dinner - Chu The Phat

Chu the Phat offers a unique range of pan-Asian street food. Start with handmade dumplings, including the much-loved steamed duck buns, before moving onto flavoursome share dishes like roast pork pelly, whole barramundi and stir-fried chicken.Chu the Phat also offers great-value banquet menus for group dining, as well as plenty of guten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

Sign up for a restaurant, and you will be joined by up to 9 other delegates. This is the perfect opportunity to meet new colleagues, debrief on the day, and potentially hear some new perspectives outside of your day-to-day bubble.

The restaurant options have been carefully selected by our team. Once all spots are taken, that's it - we've only reserved 10 seats at each location! This will not be facilitated and diners are responsible for covering their own meals and drinks.
