Information

STRAILastic_lP vertical panel creates peace and quiet by using the existing bridge railing structures. The infill panels are mounted directly onto standard bridge railings and the reverse side of the panels can be screen printed and customised to camouflage into the surrounding landscape. The panels can also be mounted to a concrete foundation adjacent to the track. This panel can be designed to support the evacuation walkway whilst incorporating the noise attenuation. A flexible ribbed panel is also available to attach to concrete parapets and inside tunnels. The STRAILastic_IP has the ability to reduce airborne wheel rail noise by 4 dBA. This results in precisely moulded, electrically isolated, durable, wear-resistant, fire and UV ozone resistant elements. Furthermore the products can be fully recycled at the end of their service life and repurposed. This has allowed STRAILastic to attain certification for our energy and environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
