We have been driving real change through our Pathways Program that gives qualified engineers from migrant and refugee backgrounds the chance to get a foot in the door of our industry.
Our work with social enterprises in Melbourne to attract more female rail apprentices in overhead wiring; and spending close to three million dollars in local social enterprises at our Rail Infrastructure Alliance project alone.
Our Country Regional Network also reached gender parity on its management team in 2019.
