Information
Every tour operator has a booking engine. What happens after the booking still runs on WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and phone calls.
Automate.Travel is a tour operations platform for that part of the job. It runs on top of Bókun, FareHarbor, Ventrata, Rezdy and Checkfront and more. Handles several of them at once if you sell through more than one. You keep your booking engine, and nothing has to be migrated.
NEW AT ARIVAL 360 SPOKANE
Agentic AI. We're launching the first Agentic AI in travel. It works inside your operation and gets tasks done: it assigns guides and drivers, sends briefings and confirmations, and checks settlements for anything that doesn't add up. Your team reviews and approves its work.
Upsells on autopilot. Every guest is offered the right extra for their tour. Guests open their own booking page, see their pickup details and find your other tours and add-ons right there.
Marketing that runs itself. Review requests and follow-ups go out automatically from your booking data, so happy guests leave a review and hear about your next tour.
RUNNING THE OPERATION
Guest communication in one inbox. Email, WhatsApp, SMS and phone calls with transcription sit on the booking's timeline, so anyone on the team can see what happened with a guest. When the phone rings, you already know who's calling and what they booked.
Guides and staff. Assign by language, skills and availability. Guides confirm from their phone, so you know who will actually show up. Shifts, leave and access rights live in one place, and each person sees only their part.
Fleet and transport. Vehicles and drivers assigned per departure, with capacity checks and conflict alerts.
Margins. Cost and profit per tour and per departure, including guides, tickets, transport and OTA commissions, while you can still act on it.
WHO WE ARE
We ran tours ourselves for 14 years and more than 500,000 guests before we built this. Today 10+ tour operators use Automate.Travel, and we're an official Global Partner of Arival.
