Of The Land on Which We Meet
Arts Market

Information
Of The Land on Which We Meet is a striking contemporary circus work by Na Djinang Circus, a self-determined First Nations company. It blends acrobatic performance with scripted storytelling to explore the connections between a First Nations acrobat, a descendant of immigrants, and a descendant of colonial settlers. Through these relationships the performance reflects on identity, culture, and connection to the land in modern Australia. Premiering on the day of The Voice referendum, the work captures a moment of national significance. With a dedicated educational resource, it’s perfect for schools, festivals, and general audiences, offering presenters a visually dynamic, thought-provoking, and highly engaging production.
