The Forest is a large-scale contemporary dance work by Lucy Guerin Inc that explores the forest as both a living network and a potent symbol of the human subconscious. Featuring seven exceptional dancers, the work intertwines choreography, sound, design and dramaturgy to evoke the intricate systems, mythic resonance, beauty and unease of our entanglement with these living and natural environments.
A lush electronic score by Matthias Schack-Arnott and an ecologically conscious set by Eugyeene Teh create an immersive sensory world.
