In Common is a large-scale yet intimate contemporary circus show that can be performed indoors on theatre stages, or in outdoor public settings. The show is set on and around a wondrous ‘tensegrity’ rigging apparatus that is built by the acrobats before the audience's eyes, and is brought to life by acrobatics. As the structural sculpture is self-supporting, the show needs no aerial rigging. The combination of the unique and beautiful structure, One Fell Swoop’s signature style of acrobatics, and the flexible presentation options of indoor or outdoor performances make In Common a singular artistic offering. In Common is a 60 minute piece suitable for all audiences including families with children 10+. It is entirely non-verbal and is perfect for linguistically diverse audiences. It provides an opportunity for cross-cultural appreciation of the show’s concepts of care and connection.
