Project Pitch
The NGANGU project focuses on the industrialization of the baobab fruit (múcua) to produce a premium, 100% natural superfood powder. Our business model spans the entire value chain: ecological harvesting in collaboration with local communities, high-standard industrial processing in Luanda, and distribution through retail (160g e 200g packaging) and industrial bulk (100kg-500kg) channels.
Operations are centered on sustainability and quality, utilizing a certified laboratory process to ensure high nutrient density (Vitamin C, Calcium, and Fiber). We serve diverse segments including food transformation, pharmaceuticals, and private label projects. With international recognition from TotalEnergies and the Founder Institute, our goal is to bridge the gap between nature's abundance and modern nutritional needs through global export.
Team
The project is led by Joaquim Campos, Director General, and Guiomar Campos, Commercial Director. The team combines leadership in industrial operations with strategic commercial management to drive the Ngangu brand's international expansion and local production excellence.
