CJE is the designated nonprofit association and education center for Job Order Contracting and related IDIQ contracting methods. We provide best practices, set the JOC standards of practice, and provide the only industry-approved JOC education, certification & credentialing program. In addition to managing the certification and credentialing (CJP) program we offer a networking forum for collaborative IDIQ project delivery methods.
