Learn to use the Alliance Northwest Event App

Best practices
Who is doing what? Or what will your focus be?
- Do you want to walk about and visit the booths?
- Set up meetings?
- Attend educational sessions? (Review session and Bookmark (ribbon icon) the ones you are interested in attending)
Complete your profile and set your availability for meetings
- Add a link to your capabilities statement: must be a url
- Set your availability for meetings: My Event, My Meetings – adjust availability.
Go through Exhibitors and Attendees to identify who you want to talk to
- Use the filters to narrow the lists
- Mark the exhibitors with the ribbon icon - To find the ones you marked later: My Event – My Bookmarked Companies, then note the booth #s you need to stop at
- Send connection requests to the attendees: accepted connections , you can make notes and download after the event
If you want to request meetings – times shown are where both parties are available. Send to either individuals or booths.
