Nova Group, Inc. is a general engineering construction contractor, founded in 1976, specializing in U.S. Department of Defense fueling, heavy electrical, and marine/waterfront projects primarily on U.S. Government bases – both within the United States and internationally.
The Department of Defense has been Nova Group’s primary client since the early 1980’s. Nova understands the importance and emphasis of the Government’s Small Business Program and recognizes the need to promote acquisition opportunities where small business can best support the needs of our Sailors and Marines and that small businesses and non-traditional suppliers are key to the defense industrial base and strengthening America’s economy.
Nova Group’s corporate headquarters is located in Napa, California, with satellite offices in Port Orchard, Washington, San Diego, California, and Okinawa Japan. We are currently doing work in Australia, Japan, Qatar, Puerto Rico, Tinian, and throughout the continental United States.
