Amii Partners with Ambyint for Smarter Energy

Amii entered a partnership with Ambyint, a production optimization software company based in Calgary. The project objective was to reduce emissions in the oil and gas sector by leveraging Amii’s leading AI expertise and talent to elevate Ambyint’s advanced algorithms. The collaboration aimed to mitigate up to 90% of methane venting events with oil and gas customers — improving Ambyint’s technology and driving further innovation to best respond to customer needs. Mitigating methane venting events involves implementing advanced AI technologies and algorithms to proactively identify, monitor, and address instances where methane is released into the atmosphere during operations. By managing methane venting events effectively, the project can help mitigate environmental impact, improve operational efficiency, and promote responsible resource management in the oil and gas sector.
