Compass Analytics partnered with a global pharma leader to change this reality by deploying an AI-driven medical insights agent. Built on modern cloud and analytics platforms, the solution automated data ingestion, cleansing, and classification—dramatically reducing manual effort. Advanced machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), were applied to extract, summarize, and categorize insights at scale.
The centerpiece was a custom LLM-powered chatbot, integrated into Dataiku Answers, enabling teams across medical, research, and commercial functions to query insights in real time. Complementing this, dynamic Power BI dashboards visualized prescribing behaviors, patient perceptions, and emerging medical themes.
The results were transformative: real-time access to actionable insights, greater consistency in trend analysis, and improved collaboration across functions.
