In partnership with Groupe DCR, Beslogic developed DocRevo, an AI-powered solution to automate the entire documentation cycle in construction projects. One of the biggest challenges was the production of project close-out manuals, a mandatory deliverable to unlock final payments often representing 10% of the project value. By integrating OCR, AI-driven requirement extraction, centralized table of contents, and automated subcontractor management, DCR drastically improved its documentation workflows. The solution reduced manual writing time by 70%, cutting effort from 140 hours down to just 40 hours. This innovation not only accelerates project delivery and payments but also ensures greater accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness in the construction industry.
