TotalLab is a specialist life science software developer and a long-time supporter of the BEBPA Host Cell Protein Conference. For over 24 years we have built scientific software exclusively for biopharma, including two purpose-built HCP analysis tools co-developed with leading HCP scientists:
SpotMap 2D, the industry-leading 2D gel and Western blot coverage software trusted by 30+ major biopharmaceutical companies to characterise anti-HCP antibody coverage in around 10 minutes, with full support for 2D-DIGE and 2D-DIBE workflows. Ideal for orthogonal antibody characterisation (the gold standard specified by the US, European and Japanese Pharmacopoeia), bridging studies and reagent re-validation.
SpotMap MS, our LC-MS HCP analysis platform, purpose-built for HCP work from the ground up rather than repurposed from generic proteomics tools. It uses a DDA workflow against user-supplied or commercial FASTA libraries, and ships with TotalLab's AI-powered HCP identity spectral library complete with associated HCP threat levels.
Both tools pair with our AuditSafe module to deliver 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 and GMP compliance out of the box, and sit alongside our custom software development services for biopharma teams who need fully bespoke, white-label HCP or bioprocess analysis workflows. The result: faster, more reproducible HCP characterisation, audit-ready data, and safer biotherapeutics to patients, sooner.
