Portal Biotech is developing the first benchtop single molecule protein sequencer that tests full length proteins. Our early access program is working with large pharma clients to develop applications of the technology in CMC in areas such as protein ID and quantitation. We have demonstrated the ability to identify E.coli host cell proteins from a complex mixture and are now looking for partners to further develop this application.
