Endourology Society Day will be held on Sunday, May 17th and will include 3 scientific programs. Our Engineering and Urology Society Session will focus on Next Generation Endourology: Technology, Innovation and Clinical Integration. This year’s Focal Therapy Society program “Focal Therapy in 2026: From Patient Selection to Outcomes” reflects the progress in the field of focal therapy, which has quickly become an established part of urologic care. Lastly, this year’s Society of Urologic Robotic Surgeons (SURS) program features a distinguished faculty of international leaders and rising stars, brought together to provide practical insights and diverse perspectives on the latest advancements in robotic surgery in urology.
Learning Objectives:
1. Evaluate the clinical impact of new robotic platform features to determine their value in practice.
2. Compare the operational differences, advantages, and limitations of the various robotic systems to inform practice and purchasing decisions.
3. Select the most appropriate robotic radical prostatectomy approach (e.g., SP, MP, Retzius) for a given patient based on an analysis of surgical techniques and outcomes.
4. Formulate evidence-based management strategies for complex kidney surgery scenarios, including ischemia management, surgical access, and post-operative complications.
5. Integrate advanced robotic techniques for kidney transplantation, female cystectomy, uretero-enteric stricture, and fistula repair to improve patient outcomes.
