The Xbox Game Studios Publishing team responsible for the recently released Microsoft Flight Simulator, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Tell Me Why is seeking an Executive Producer responsible for working with independent development teams on innovative Cloud Native titles. Qualifications
-Previous Executive Producer experience or equivalent with game developer or publisher.
-Experience in console and/or PC video game production; experience shipping PC and/or console games necessary.
-Game Development experience, through an entire product’s development from Concept to Launch to LiveOps
-Practical experience in setting, guiding, and evaluating multiple styles of production processes.
-Experience in people management, including building, growing, mentoring, and managing production teams.
-Multi-language localization experience
-Experience with multiplayer games and LiveOps development
-Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
