We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Business Engineering team and focus on player acquisition strategies, including expansion of Minecraft’s presence throughout the world. Minecraft has big goals of reaching and delighting even more gamers worldwide, and this role is key to that ambition. The successful candidate has worked with teams of engineers, designers, and artists to create high quality games or experiences. They love bringing definition to complex technology projects and are an expert at navigating ambiguous spaces. They have significant experience in cross-team collaboration, communication, and influencing for impact. Their technical expertise and attention to detail enables them to identify risks, drive development with predictability, and challenge how we work to continuously improve. Relationships and teamwork are important to how they inspire and lead the teams to deliver their best work. Responsibilities: -Drive definition and alignment of technology initiatives and projects with key stakeholders and teams. -Champion efforts of the team throughout the organization. -Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects; ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development. -Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery.
