The Minecraft Creator Platform team in Redmond is looking for a program manager to help us build the features that empower our community of talented creators. From new gameplay features to workflow improvements, you will help our creators be more expressive, be more productive, and overall just love our platform more. You are a program manager who has worked with teams of engineers to define, design, deliver, and iterate on features. You love bringing definition to complex technology projects and translating customer needs into actionable plans. You can get to the heart of a customer pain-point and build momentum around it. Responsibilities: -Prioritize requests from the creator community and maintain a roadmap. -Partner with the software engineer team to write specifications that translate requests into actionable plans. -Manage risks and dependencies with partner teams. -Track project development and communicate status. -Communicate the customer value both internally & with our creator community.
