DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Oversees negotiations, data management and relationships with third-party enforcement vendors
Analyzes data in support of Internet enforcement activities and the seizure of unauthorized products
Manages online monitoring vendors, analyzes and reports data to curtail the spread of Internet piracy and the sale of infringing products distributed online
Leads research, investigations, and data analytics in support of litigation matters
Collaborates with Nintendo Company Limited (NCL) and other members of global anti-piracy team to implement global anti-piracy strategies and priorities
Management and support of online data and research inquiries from business teams, investigators, outside counsel and global vendors
Manages take-down notices, communication with key contacts and compliance checking on digital platforms
Maintains high-level knowledge of Nintendo’s product offerings
Collaborates with global team members and manages projects as assigned
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Six+ years of related experience in an office environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Intellectual Property Rights experience, particularly Copyright, DMCA and/or Digital Rights Management - preferred
Excellent organizational skills and effective ability to prioritize competing obligations for a variety of customers.
Technical experience or background, particularly data science, digital rights management (DRM), operating systems, video games and/or consoles – preferred.
College Degree – required
