Processes are the foundation of any functioning system and they are especially important for companies with many different teams and interconnected systems. Vanilla reply supports customers in identifying the current as-is situation during a structured workshop that brings together all relevant teams. In a second phase of the workshop, Vanilla Reply identifies together with the stakeholders the weak points of the current process and the main improvement opportunities for an optimal implementation of the PIM or DAM system. Finally, the proposed To-Be process is defined and presented to the team to find a common agreement. The entire documentation is created in a BPMN 2.0 structure and handed over to the customer along with the actions to be taken.
