Digital Media Commercial Assistant (f/m/d)

The Agency Commercial Assistant (ACA) is responsible for supporting our Digital Media/Agency Partners with timely and accurate responses to any and all inquiries. You will ultimately be responsible for increasing Agency GP from both new and existing agencies by providing exemplary customer service, proposals, insights and ongoing support to assigned contacts. Key Tasks Provide general administrative support to Agencies including recurring calls & check ins Support maintenance of the Agency pipeline to ensure longer tail agencies receive the latest training, publisher opportunities, news and updates Salesforce lead management of inbound Agency leads and respond to initial queries Commercial contract processing for existing partnerships and supporting re-negotiations Review agency opportunities in Salesforce to identify strategic assistance where needed Run Agency sector snapshots share internally and/or externally with the Agency. Review agencies according to the Gold Standard checklist Support with Agency meetings and workshops Proactively find ways to improve and develop new processes to support agencies Identify agencies that are not being managed by the agency team and establish those relationships and support.
