No matter where you work from, you are an integral part of the team. Therefore, we are looking for Software Developer - Technical Support (m/f/d) from anywhere in Germany!
These are your tasks:
Communicate with customers and developers via our ticket system
Provide maintenance and troubleshoot urgent issues
Support developers in implementing individual extensions and themes
3rd level support for complex customer problems
Community support via Git and Slack
Document frequent issues and FAQs in developer documentation
These are your tasks:
You have an IT degree, training or relevant professional experiences such as a developer or similar
You are familiar with popular server technologies such as e.g. AWS, Redis, Apache or Kubernetes
You have experience with modern technologies such as Symfony or other PHP frameworks, Vue.js, Elasticsearch, MySQL, etc.
You are solution-orientated and able to think “outside the box”
You already have experience in dealing with customers
You are a team player and happy to share your knowledge
You speak fluent German, you are business fluent in English, and have an international mindse
