Information
To make the case for systemic approaches, we must demonstrate that systems have changed as a result of programmes’ interventions. Assessing system change is also essential to learning how best to catalyse the improvements we want to achieve.
Through a discussion between panellists and the audience, this session will explore what we have learned so far on assessing system change: What measurement approaches work? What are realistic expectations? And how can support staff in donor agencies and programmes be enabled to champion these approaches?
