Ailsa provides strategic oversight and drives learning in systems practice at Swisscontact and leads in the development, delivery and facilitation of Inclusive Systems Development learning offers. She is the global lead of ISD providing backstopping internally and ATR for external clients. She ensures an evolving ISD framework and tools, as well as driving learning, exchange and positioning is systems practice. This includes developing and evolving Swisscontact’s ISD toolkit and guidelines, training and mentoring offers, ISD e-learning course as well as facilitating the internal ISD Learning Lab (CoP), managing Swisscontact’s ISD Network of regional mentors and coordinating ISD Leadership Clinics for high performing practitioners.
