Karen is a Senior Manager in Gatsby Africa's (GA) Insights & Partnerships (I&P) Team, where she leads Donor and Funder engagement. In her role, she leverages partnerships to drive GA’s vision of building stronger, more inclusive economies in East Africa through sector transformation. Karen brings over 10 years of experience in international development, strategy, and technology across East Africa and Dubai. She previously served as a Project Manager at Deloitte for USAID-funded initiatives, Consulting Manager in Deloitte's Strategy, Operations, and Technology team, Chief Partnerships and Business Officer at Magilatech Global, and as a Senior Advisor with KPMG East Africa’s International Development Advisory Services (IDAS).
