Sidita Dibra is currently Advisor Skills Development and Deputy Circle Lead Skills and Labour Market in the Products & Solutions global team of Swisscontact, supporting designing innovative approaches and capitalization skills development projects for Swisscontact and external clients. Since 2008, she has worked on development projects with international organisations on Skills Development and Organizational Development. Sidita has global experience working in Rwanda, Colombia, Guatemala, Ukraine, Nepal, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Jordan, Kosovo, and Albania. During her career, Sidita held different expert and management functions in international projects in introducing technology in education, collaboration with the private sector, quality in vocational skills development, policy & reform, legal framework, financing education, gender participation, etc. She also has an academic background, a PhD in Performance of Training and Development, an Associated Professorship, and since 2004, she has been a lecturer in Human Resources at the University of Tirana. Her research covers education, training & development, online learning, green skills and business model innovation.
