Matt has over 15 years of experience working at the United Nations, in Big 4 consulting and with field-building nonprofits to help organisations measure and manage their social impacts. Matt is currently a Director at Impact Frontiers, a peer learning and collaboration initiative for investors looking to incorporate impact into their investment decision-making. Matt has specialist knowledge of labour issues and jobs impact measurement. He led an ILO team innovating systemic approaches to quality job creation and was technical lead for the development of the Global Impact Investing Network's IRIS+ Quality Jobs theme.
