Kausalya is the Director of Economics and Policy of SME Corp. Malaysia. Her main task is to formulate strategies as well provide strategic foresight leadership in SME development. This includes development of the Business Strategic Plan (2022 – 2030) of SME Corp. Malaysia. She also leads the work on SME economic surveillance through analysis & projections, strategic studies, surveys and publication of the annual MSME Insights and Economic Performance reports. In addition, she manages international cooperation and SME ESG-related works at SME Corp. Malaysia. She has participated and provided her thoughts in various SME policy groups at local scenes as well as at international level.
