Khue Phan leads Strategic Projects at Touchstone Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm with a mission of investing in impactful solutions for Vietnam. She is passionate about scalable climate technology, accessible edtech solutions, and driving initiatives that empower the next generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs. Khue's academic background is in Development Economics. She holds a degree from the International College of Liberal Arts and completed a one-year program at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School. Khue is fluent in Vietnamese and English and has intermediate proficiency in Japanese and French. Outside of work, she enjoys bouldering, diving, and expanding her linguistic skills.
