Jennifer is a passionate and experienced global health leader who has been working for 20 years to design, lead, and evaluate public health programs in complex humanitarian and development contexts. She specializes in the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and gender equity in low and middle-income countries, applying a girl-centered approach to program design, delivery, and scale.
As the Ipas UK Director and a Global Public Health Consultant, she collaborates with public and private sector partners, community and youth-led initiatives, local and international organizations, governments, UN agencies, bilateral donors, and foundations to accelerate health outcomes. She has end-to-end program management experience and holds an MS in International Health Policy and Management. She is proficient in French, Spanish, and Moroccan Berber and has worked in more than 20 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
