Advice From The Other Side: Mommy Track Paths

We'd like to present from the point of view of successful women later in life that are raising, or have raised, older children, and managed technical careers around this. We are sold a bill of goods as younger women about leaning in, doing it all, completing all the badges, but is this necessarily the recipe for success. We'd like to talk about different paths from our points of views as a way to give perspective of changing priorities that younger women may want to be aware of.
