BIVAXS invests in young, ambitious, and innovative SAAS software companies. The fund managers are experienced 'hands-on' investors and entrepreneurs, flexible in structuring transactions with unique experience in scaling business both nationally and internationally in Retail-Service-Medical-IT related markets. The fund managers have time available to think and help and are capable of acting quickly (no investment committee environment).
BIVAXS invests in post-revenue companies with a strong founding team. Initial investments range from €100,000 to €250,000 with an option for follow-up investments.
The fund managers can also play an active role in follow-up financing issues.
In addition to providing capital, BIVAXS CAPITAL II offers the following:
- Provision of knowledge, expertise, and network of the fund managers.
- Acting as a sparring partner on strategic, tactical, and operational themes.
- Offering requested advice and assistance in overcoming growth obstacles for the company.
- Guidance in the preparation of follow-up and later-stage investments.
