Demand-responsive transport is a relatively newer form of mobility that is currently experiencing a significant increase in adoption - and for good reason. Utilised as a way to improve access to transport and target demographics that can often be underserved by traditional public transport services, there are many different applications. For this panel, speakers will share their experience when implementing DRT services, explain why they chose this form of transport in place of introducing additional fixed-route services and discuss how DRT can increase public transport usage by connecting users to transport hubs.
