Baily Garner began in 1976 as a small Building Surveying partnership and has since grown into a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering services across the housing, education, care, health, blue‑light and commercial sectors. BG became Baily Garner LLP in 2003, marking a key milestone in its professional development and continued evolution. Today, the consultancy employs more than 300 people across the UK, operating from offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester, reflecting sustained and significant growth. Our strategic expansion has included notable acquisitions, most prominently the integration of Arcus Consulting, which has strengthened its multidisciplinary capabilities and broadened its presence across the North of England. Baily Garner has also expanded further through the addition of 4i Solutions, enhancing its technical and consultancy offering as part of its broader growth strategy.
