Easing Into Automation

No two terminal automation projects are the same, with a number of challenges to consider at the pre-implementation stage, from selecting handling equipment, managing system integration, data & decision making and change management.

This session will focus on these challenges and try to simplify the key decisions faced by terminal operators when planning and implementing a new terminal, or retrofitting an existing one.
