Best practices for use of Speakeasy:

1.  Use Chrome or Safari browsers. Phones and tablets are supported
2. Wear headphones. 
3. Start by zooming out with the trackpad or mouse wheel.
4. Use the Hamburger menu to add a headshot & your name and affiliation. 
5. Turn on echo cancellation in the Audio menu. Use the “How do I sound?” button in the lower left corner.
6.  Walk around (Shift makes you go faster). Join conversations, just like an in-person event. Step into a numbered networking pod to indicate you are looking to meet new people. 
7. Use the People menu to find out who is in the space and click “go to user” to teleport to their location.
8.  Use the sharing menu once you are in conversation with someone to share your webcam and click on other cams to see each other if you’d like a more intimate experience
9. Go to different boards for new conversation prompts. Use group chat to recommend new discussion topics.
