Medidata: How to Find a Needle in a Haystack with Real-Time, Big Data Analytics

In a recent “mega-trial” to investigate the safety and efficacy of a novel anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, an intelligent and automated analytical platform was deployed to detect under-reporting of adverse events (AEs) in near real-time…  the technology successfully identified and provided a deeper analysis, showing that the low AE reporting was caused by incomplete eCOA (eClinical Outcome Assessment) diary entries… In this product showcase, we will demonstrate how this was achieved using the Medidata Clinical Cloud.
