From recognition to prevention – potential Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIF) incidents

In recent years, there’s been a clear shift in how high-potential incidents are recognised and reviewed across the sector. This change is helping teams learn from these events and take action to reduce the chances of a SIF arising. This is an ongoing journey within food and drinks manufacturing, and this session aims to look at some of the tools being used and the movement towards precursor identification to give focus to safety process improvements.
