Information
Using our novel multiplexed DAP-seq approach, we have created the plant pancistrome, a collection of the shared TF-target gene relationships found across a diverse and wide range of flowering plants, By integrating this resource with multi-tissue and multi-species single cell 'omics atlases (scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq) we have characterized the conserved cis-regulatory elements landscape across flowering plants, and produced cell-type resolved gene regulatory networks underlying development and hormone responsiveness.
