(ON DEMAND) Virtual Workshop: Exploring the Translatome: ORF Discovery and Translational Regulation using Ribo-seq

Workshop Description: Ribo-seq is an exciting genome-wide approach to discovering unannotated peptides/ORFs/genes and gene regulation at the translation level. This workshop aims to provide an overview and advances of Ribo-seq in plants and its main applications in ORF discovery and translation efficiency quantification. Special considerations for studying translation in organelles and in different species using Ribo-seq will also be discussed.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: We have been contacted by 75 laboratories from 17 countries about Ribo-seq technique and data interpretation/analysis. We hope this workshop can lower the barrier to both Ribo-seq experimentation and analysis, and facilitate communication within the community.
