Join Julia Tiberio, Certified Pilates Instructor, for an hour-long Pilates class that will include a warm-up and recovery!

This class is open to all fitness levels and will be a 'mat Pilates' format focused on strength, mobility and full-body movements with a heavy focus on the core. Julia will also offer modifications and is committed to making sure you have a good experience and feel comfortable and strong throughout the duration of class.

Julia has been a fitness instructor for 4+ years and is dedicated to inspiring, motivating and cheering on anyone who joins class! Prepare to leave feeling empowered and rejuvenated!
