A solid foundation in well-structured code, continuous optimization, and refactoring is essential, along with deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and protocols like TCP, HTTP, and WebSocket. Experience with large-scale apps (over 10 million users) is preferred, as well as extensive experience with open-source libraries and hybrid development using frameworks like Flutter or React Native, and English fluency.
