Software Sr Engineer (Golang)

Stori is looking for candidates with experience in designing and building software solutions on scalable cloud infrastructure. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that solve customer problems and innovate Stori’s technology to support rapid growth. Effective collaboration, implementation, and monitoring of software solutions are essential, along with adaptability and ownership of multiple product areas. Your main responsibilities will include working with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, analysts, and UI/UX designers to solve problems and implement new features. You will design and develop RESTful APIs that integrate with Stori and third-party software, improve backend batch and stream processing, and socialize software designs and database structures with the team. Additionally, you will monitor production code using Grafana and collaborate to resolve issues. Ideal candidates will have experience designing solutions, as well as building and consuming RESTful APIs in a microservices architecture. You should have professional experience in Golang in an Agile environment and practical knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL database design. Strong software engineering practices, including unit testing and documentation, are essential. A degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Candidates should be self-organized, resilient, and team-oriented, with fluency in English and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
