Sr AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will help establish how Stori utilizes GenAI to provide financial services to millions of customers across LATAM in a personalized and scalable manner. Your contributions will be vital in developing GenAI and LLM-based products and creating a shared platform that all teams at Stori will utilize to integrate GenAI into our products. Your experience with LLMs will be essential in shaping the future of banking in the region and enhancing financial services. What we're looking for: We seek candidates with experience in building and launching products using LLMs. Familiarity with tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex is important, along with Python (Back end). A solid foundation in scalable system design, microservices (preferably in Go), CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services is required. Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, adaptability to a fast-paced industry, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with fluency in Spanish and English, is necessary. Responsibilities: You will prototype and develop LLM-based applications and shared services for Stori’s users. Designing and implementing a robust developer platform for seamless AI model integration will be part of your role. Additionally, you'll ensure our AI products are well-instrumented and improve them using data insights. Streamlining testing processes and facilitating faster deployments through CI/CD pipelines will be crucial, as will collaborating with various teams to integrate AI into their products. Finally, you'll create documentation and training to promote best practices among the development team.
