Our TS team in BA is growing, and we’re looking for talented people to join a global leader in content monetization. The Technical Advisor L1 will ensure clients worldwide receive the highest level of professional support. Responsibilities • Handle first-level technical questions and requests via email • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve tickets • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to replicate and resolve issues • Test fixes to confirm resolution • Coordinate special requests with development • Identify improvements in client implementations • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base • Write inputs for technical documentation • Prepare playbooks for standard issues • Escalate stalled cases appropriately Skills • Basic HTML/CSS required; JavaScript a plus • Fluent English (written and spoken); Portuguese/French a plus • Strong writing and communication skills • Understanding of web technologies and troubleshooting tools • Incident management knowledge a plus • Motivated to learn, experiment, and propose solutions • Creative, patient, detail-oriented problem solver • Strong interpersonal skills Perks • Unlimited PTO • 100% healthcare • Free office lunch • Commuter benefits • Snacks, coffee, pastries, espresso, soft drinks Please submit your resume in English to lucas.herrero@piano.io
